Russell D. Jones Elementary Counseling 

Hi! My name is Mrs. Short and I am the school counselor here at Russell D. Jones Elementary. This is my first year to be here at RDJ in the role of school counselor. I have previously taught in the Springdale District for 11 years.I grew up in Montevideo, Uruguay and Santiago, Dominican Republic. I received my degree in Elementary Education in 2004 from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri and my masters in School Counseling in 2015 from John Brown University.
